Office Policies

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Due to the style of individualized and comprehensive care in our office, our appointment times naturally run between 20-60min depending on which treatment is booked. To ensure availability and maintain our schedule efficiently, we require a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations.

Our No-Show/Cancellation Policy requires 24 hours notice to move or cancel any appointment to avoid a late cancel fee that is based on the appointment you have booked. When booking an appointment you agree to have this fee charged automatically (to the card on file) should you cancel/no-show within 24 hours of your appointment time. Please call/text (803)329-8266 if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment time. Time stamped voicemails or texts will be accepted for off hour calls.
