No Show / late cancellation policy – Updated 08/09/2021

Appointments in this office are extremely valuable as there is a constant waitlist of people needing to be seen. Effective immediately, we have updated our policy due to the recent high volume of late cancellations and no-shows.

In order for the office to continue to treat every patient with the utmost priority, we now require a credit card on file or prepayment prior to your next appointment to secure your time slot. This can be added at your next appointment, or you can log into your secure patient portal and add your card on file.

If for any reason you end up canceling late (within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time) or not showing up to your scheduled appointment time we will be charging your card on file or applying the prepayment to the acquired fee. This fee is now required to be paid in full before you are able to schedule your next appointment.

New Fees for no show or late cancel:
$50 – missed Chiropractic appointment, including Initial Exams
$25 – missed Laser/Cupping/Recovery appointment
50% – missed Massage appointment (Full price for 30-minute massages)
